Well, I’ll tell you what I’ll be doing Tuesday. It’s crawfish season at Oddfellows, and they’re selling them by the pound every Tuesday night April 29th-June 24th. I’ve never been to Oddfellows and I’ve never eaten crawfish whole. I know they’re local to Louisiana, and I have heard good things about Oddfellows, so it seemed like something I just had to do. I had to wonder, though, if there’s a special way to eat them, so to get ready I’ve been checking out some funny videos on Youtube. How did I know someone had to have an instructional video posted there? And then to discover there are several How to Eat Crawfish videos..
